BILLINGS - School District 2 Superintendent Jack Copps says the 20 year old Billings man that likely has the swine flu, has 3 younger siblings that attend Billings schools.

While none of them are suspected to have the virus, Copps says a few of them did stay home from school this week. "A couple of the children had some symptoms of the flu last weekend and were not admitted to schools at the beginning of the week. We want to make absolutely certain there was no direct contact with other students at our schools," says Copps.

Copps says he's working with local health officials to determine whether or not Billings schools will remain open.

But Lil Anderson, the Yellowstone County Health Officer, says she is pretty confident there will be no need to close schools.
