BILLINGS - Understanding the financial crisis, and the reach of its effects here at home, is not easy.

KULR-8 sat down with Lyle Knight, the president and CEO of First Interstate Bank, who is also the vice president of the Federal Advisory Council which is a group of U.S. bankers who provide advice on monetary policy and financial regulation for the central bank.
