BILLINGS - Dozens gathered Friday for an unusual sight at the Laurel Golf Club.

As part of the Annual Billings Clinic Classic, a helicopter dropped 800 golf balls over the green. The balls were sold off to tournament players as a fundraiser. Two winners split a prize of
$1,000 after their golf balls landed in the hole. Organizers say funds raised will have a big impact on the community.

"The Billings Clinic Classic is put on through the Billings Clinic Foundation, and is an annual fundraiser, we raise money for something different each year, and this year it's for mothers, newborns and newborn baby care," says Tersh McCracken, Billings Clinic Classic Chairman.

The Classic aims to raise $1 million through fundraising each year.
