BILLINGS - About fifty Billings seniors attended a free workshop Saturday intended to ease the confusion that comes with choosing a healthcare plan. Today's Options, a private insurance company, hosted the event. Healthcare professionals say those looking to enroll in medicare this year, must do so before the December 31st deadline. Experts say it's important patients learn about their options and take a close look at their own health care coverage. "Well everything changes, the deductible, the co-payments have change changed and we want people to make sure that what people think they have now will still work for them going in to 2009," says Faye Egolf, an independent Insurance Agent. To learn more about the options Egolf says you can contact the Council for Aging, local hospitals, or private insurance companies.
