Cream Gravy:
Over medium heat mix 1 ounce salad oil and 1 ounce white flour.
When is turns a blondish color add 16 ounces milk.
When it begins to bubble around the edges add 1 teaspoon pepper.

Loaded Sweet Potatoes:
Cook sweet potatoes at 350° for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Cut open and add carmel sauce and marshmallows to your liking.
Set oven to broil for 20 seconds.
