Event Description

Please join staff and volunteers for a day of restoration work in honor of Earth Day.
Attendees will be planting and launching several floating islands, which will help to improve water quality in Deep Mill Pond, and installing habitat gardens to attract birds and butterflies around our new building.
Work and fun starts at 8 AM, and attendees will finish by noon for a BBQ lunch. After lunch options include joining a naturalist on a walk, or touring the ponds by canoe.
Please attend for an hour, or the whole day. Bring water, work gloves, and a desire to help restore land to healthy habitats! Open to the entire family.
