MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICE – The Montana State University Billings Potters’ Guild and Art Students’ League, in the MSUB Department of Art, have joined forces to raise money for the Billings Women’s Shelter and MSUB student art clubs, by sponsoring a Lovin’ Bowls Benefit Luncheon on Sunday, February 25, from noon to 3:00 p.m., in the MSUB Student Union Building Ballroom.

Lea Zoltowski, the new ceramics instructor at MSU Billings, offered free wheel-throwing demonstrations to MSUB students and Potters’ Guild members, who have thrown and hand built over 100 bowls for the luncheon.

For a donation of $10, luncheon attendees will receive their choice of a handmade ceramic bowl in addition to a delicious lunch. They also may enter a raffle to win a huge bowl and flower arrangement.

Participation in the MSU Billings Potters’ Guild is free and open to the community.

To attend the Lovin’ Bowls Benefit Luncheon, RSVP by Friday, February 23 to Lea Zoltowski at 657-2149; or e-mail her at lzoltowski@msubillings.edu. You also may contact Zoltowski for information on participating in the MSUB Potters’ Guild.
