Do you have Arthritis or a related condition? If so this class is for you! It gives you the opportunity to do gentle activities in warm water without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. Each class provides a safe and comfortable way to exercise, improve range of motion, and increase overall well being. Join our Arthritis Foundation certified instructor and start feeling better today! (through 8/6/2010)
