Event Description

Heights Fitness Center, St. Vincent Healthcare, Ortho Montana and American Medical Response are sponsering a free health fair. There will be FREE fitness testing (Blood pressure, body composition, BMI, Athletic Testing for all ages and other general fitness testing). We will also have lectures regarding the benefits of exercise and aging and the owerweight & Obesity epidenic: causes, heath and social problems. There will be classes for Seniors to participate in. AMR will have an ambulance show and tell. We will also have prizes.
