Informing people about what’s going on around them has been a passion of Emily’s since she was a small child. Now instead of telling family secrets she gets to inform you what’s happening in your area. An area she’s pleased to now call home. Emily comes to KULR-8 from the Queen City of Charlotte, North Carolina where she was a reporter for News 14 Carolina. Before News 14 she was the news director, anchor and reporter for Adelphia News 4 and Prestige Vision News 4.
Emily started her career in journalism in Toccoa, GA where she produced the morning show and was the weekend reporter for WNEG-TV. Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in TV Communications from Toccoa Falls College in Georgia. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter Callie and their three cats and dog.
