Born and raised in Billings, Felicia Frank grew up watching KULR-8 News, so when she was given the opportunity to become an intern in the summer of 2010, she jumped at the chance.

She spent the next four months learning the ins and outs of the newsroom and broadcast television under the guidance of anchors Katie Ussin and Greg LaMotte, and eventually began producing the KULR-8 News 9@9 five days a week. Something about the fast-paced and exciting work environment struck a chord, and she realized she wanted a career in television.

Since then, Felicia has worked intermittently in the KULR-8 newsroom as an Assistant Producer for the 10:00 p.m. newscast. She graduated in April 2011 with a B.A. in Mass Communication from Montana State University Billings, and returned to KULR-8 as the Assignment Editor the following September.

She loves spending time with her family, riding motorcycles and scoring hill climbs at the Billings Motorcycle Club, and considers herself an avid scrapbooker.
