 Position: Video Journalist/Reporter

Candidate will;
Enterprise and produce quality stories
General Assignment duties & shoot for other reporters
Must be able to shoot, write & edit
Experience with non-linear & tape to tape preferred
Operate live truck and shoot liveshots

Qualifications: 

College degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record and liability insurance
ENPS or similar newsroom computer experience preferred
Good attitude and attention to detail

Job Description:

KULR-8 News, a Max Media station, is looking for a good storyteller and motivated individual for a Video Journalist.  This person must be able to enterprise and do high quality work which he/she will produce solo or work with other reporters. We are looking for creative people who are motivated to tell compelling stories. Experience shooting, writing and editing is required.  Those who have non-linear experience are preferred, but they will also do some tape to tape editing. Applicants should have a degree in Broadcast Journalism or applicable experience. Applicants should send cover letter, resume and DVD reel to;
